Hi All,

I am new to Okta and trying to figure out things, your patience and help is highly appreciated.

We try to figure out a way to automatise the on/off-boarding process and a lot of our apps don’t support (de)provisioning so this is what I was thinking about:

- IT disables users in Okta

- De-provisioning kicks in and account is disabled in Google, etc. (for the apps that we have de-provisioning)

- **Manager of the tool or app admin should get notification and manually removes user account of the tool**

Is it possible that the app admin (the new features in Okta) gets an email if the user suspended/deactivated has “his” apps assigned?

Or there is another way with workflows?

Regards,
Aleksandar
