I have just started using the new Automation feature in our environment and it is definitely solving a use case of ours. However, I would like the ability to notify administrators or send an email to our service desk whenever a user is suspended for tracking purposes.
My request is to add another field in the action section that would be “Send Email to Another User”, where we could specify one or more email addresses of our choosing.
Another request I have is the ability to specify what email address these emails originate from. It would be very helpful if we could specify our service desk email and users could respond to the original email stating they need their access restored.
