Cannot login with Microsoft IdP for user.authentication.auth_via_social

From this morning our users cannot login using Microsoft IdP. The login attempt log on dashboard shows “Reason [Unable to retrieve an access token for the Identity Provider]” and a java error.

How can investigate the reason of this error?
