# Developer account cannot reset password

Hi,

I’m trying to reset the password of my developer account, but my password reset email prompts that it can only be reset by an administrator.

I’m the only user in my developer account though.  
Tried sending email to [support.okta.com](http://support.okta.com), and received an auto-reply saying this email address is no longer being used for new case submission.

Please advise.
