Factor type - call not avalible on the admin screen

I’m trying to enable SMS factor and Call factor to MFA, but on the admin screen I dont see an option for call factor -

Can someone point me where is the option to enable Factor type call for a phone.

I suggest opening a support ticket with Okta to confirm whether the phone call factor feature is enabled.
