'Forgotten Password Question' Management & Reporting from Okta Admin Portal


We’re working to bolster our self-service offering in our environment via Okta’s password reset and account unlock features. Unforunately, the ‘Forgotten Password Question’ is an integral part of the equation that can’t be managed within the admin console. We have the ability to view and manage MFA factors within a user’s profile in the admin portal, and having the same capability for Forgotten Password Questions would be helpful at this stage.

At the time of writing, there isn’t even a way to natively report on users that do and do not have a question/answer set up. The functionality and reporting in question can be done using user API calls via Postman but using MFA again as a comparison, it would be a benefit to be able to manage and report on it natively. Curious on other thoughts here!
