# How to get OKTA I'd for gmail user profile

How can I get the OKTA I’d for the user profile for an which the auth is done through google account. Can I use get user api with email address to get the full profile added to OKTA directory.

@Ravisharma.raj Can you please refer the API doc [here](https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/api/oidc/#userinfo)?  
You can try and test in postman with /userinfo endpoint and see if it returns the expected results.
