Improve visual quality of app logos in chiclets

Application logos/icons shown throughout Okta (primarily in the “My Applications” dashboard in Chiclets) have unusually horrible visual quality, with very low resolution and extreme aliasing/scaling artifacts. This sticks out heavily (especially on high-DPI displays/devices) and makes the Okta experience feel second-rate, and also prevents app owners from being able to display their brands in the best light.

This could be made much better by accepting logos at an uploaded/stored resolution of at least 512px wide (PNG, with alpha channel) and generating cropped thumbnails that are at least 2x the size being displayed to clients in CSS pixels.
