# Locked out of Integrator Free Plan after losing phone with Okta Verify

Hi,  
I’m locked out of my Okta Integrator Free Plan account.  
Org URL: [https://integrator-1432789.okta.com/](https://integrator-1432789.okta.com/)

I lost the phone that had Okta Verify App installed.  
I installed Okta Verify on my new phone, but it asks me to approve the sign-in from the old device, which I no longer have access to.  
Okta Verify was my only MFA factor.

Is there any way to recover this account or reset the MFA?  
Thank you.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to assist with locks outs for Integrator Free orgs and can only recommend signing up for a new org instead.
