# Locked out of my Okta Integrator Free Plan org after deleting Okta Verify and need help recovering the existing org

Hi,

I am the Super Admin of an Okta Integrator Free Plan org:

`integrator-4766764.okta.com`

I accidentally deleted Okta Verify from my phone and no longer have access to the old Okta Verify enrollment.

I tried **Need help signing in? → Forgot password** , but the recovery flow still requires Okta Verify, so I cannot access the org.

Could you please help me recover access to the existing org or reset the lost Okta Verify enrollment?

I need to recover the existing org rather than create a new one.

For security reasons, we are unable to assist with account unlocks for Integrator Free orgs.

As discussed in our article [here](https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/recovery-steps-in-case-of-developer-edition-org-admin-account-lockout-post-mfa-enforcement?language=en_US), the only option will be to sign up for a new org. We would recommend that, if you do so, you ensure you are enabling and enrolling your admin in additional authenticators (e.g. WebAuthn, Google Authenticator) so that you are not reliant on a single authenticator and add additional admins to your org that can assist with lock-out situations
