Login FAILURE: INACTIVE_ORG when calling API to login

I am getting the same error listed here: FAILURE: INACTIVE_ORG when calling API to login

“I have trial-development account
When calling the Okta API https://trial-*.okta.com/api/v1/authn to login I get a 401 response even though the user name and password are correct and i can use that user name and password to log into the portal.*

The error log shows the following error FAILURE: INACTIVE_ORG for calls to the endpoint /api/v1/authn

but the org is active”

Can I get a fix as the other account did.
