No Access to Admin Dashboard after activate Custom OTP Authenticator

I created a custom OTP authenticator in the “Okta Integrator” and set it to required. I copied the secret and logged out, but unfortunately, I cannot log in with the custom OTP authenticator and therefore no longer have access to the account. Can someone help me to disable the custom authenticator and set Okta Verify back to required? Or is the only solution to delete the account?
