Okta Agent Gateway connectivity Issue

We’re trying to connect our MCP server, which uses XAA with MCP OAuth, to Claude through Okta Agent Gateway. We were able to connect the MCP server to Agent Gateway, but Claude shows the following error when we try to connect:

Your account was authorized, but Adp asd asd returned an error when connecting. You can try again, or check that the server is working. If this persists, share this reference with support: “ofid_15bcc6a5aaa0cee9”

We followed the official Okta Agent Gateway documentation for the setup. Could someone help us identify what’s causing the connection to fail?

Hi,

The Agent Gateway feature is still in Beta phase. It is expected to be GA very soon by next month, and you will be able to use that feature in your tenant.
