# Okta userinfo trouble

We are using okta APIs, was there some trouble on /userinfo response body this morning?

There were no problems this morning according to [https://trust.okta.com/](https://trust.okta.com/).

Thank you. Actually, We noticed a changement in the userinfo response body. For instance, We did not find anymore the attributes “extensibleProperties” and “profile”.

Which SDK are you using, and how is it configured? Are you still seeing different behavior?

Can you please open a support case by sending an email to [developers@okta.com](mailto:developers@okta.com)? Through this case, we can further review the logs and see what is the cause for it.
