**Fixes**

- In Integration Builder, API integration action flow executions sometimes failed when you created them from the OIN Wizard.
- Users with the Folder Manager role couldn’t add options from dropdown menus on connector cards.
- In Integration Builder projects, the endpoint settings for action event cards displayed an incorrect invocation URL.
