Hi All,

I’m trying to use slash commands in Slack. I’m sending a modal from Okta Workflows to Slack with a set of options for the user to choose from. When you select and option and hit “submit” it should theoretically post back to Okta Workflows and allow me to process the payload. Unfortunately, there is a requirement that within 3 seconds of hitting the “Submit” button a “HTTP 200 OK” response be sent back to Slack.

Is there any way to enable my workflow to send a status response back to Slack? Or will I need a middleware program to process the request and send it along to Okta Workflows?

Thanks!

Hi @Chebby - Welcome to the forum!

Add the **API Connector - Close** card after the **API Endpoint** card and then continue your flow:
