SCIM provisioning retries

In case of network failures or planned system downtime for upgrades, can Okta support automatic retries when getting a 503(Service Temporarily Unavailable) code, with header “Retry-After” that specifies when the system is expected to be back up online?

If currently not, can we please request to have this implemented as a new feature?
