# Sending Custom Emails with Developer Edition

Hi all, I have a paid version of Okta (One of the Developer Editions) and the `edit` button is disabled when attempting to customize an email. Is this expected? If so does anyone know what version I need to have in order to send custom emails for user activation, reset password etc…?

I had same issue and the it got fixed with support help, I’d suggest you reach out to support, they should be pretty quick to respond since you have a paid account.
