Setting up Custom Sign in Page

I am trying to setup a custom sign in page but, I have been unable to create a SSL certificate that I is usable. I have been using https://zerossl.com/ to create a certificate. The issues is the certificate generated is not (PEM encoded). Is their any end to end tutorials for setting up the ssl for a custom sign in page?

Any suggestions?

You can use Let’s Encrypt to set up SSL for certificates.
