Unable to create an integrator account

Hi all,

I am trying to create an integrator account but keep getting an error stating “Something unexpected happened while processing your registration. Please try again.”

The email I am using is my work address: mustafa@pop.com – I additionally tried mustafa+okta@pop.com, but that didn’t work either.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

When exactly do you get this error, after completion of the MFA enrollment or initially when you click the button in the Email Template?
