# Using SAML vs OIDC

I’ve noticed that when creating a new app in Admin, only using Classic UI can you configure an app to use SAML - using the updated Developer UI there doesn’t really seem to be an option for not using OAuth2/OIDC.

Will SAML eventually be supported in the regular UI?
