I’m finding that the Okta API Postman Collections (here: [https://explore.postman.com/team/okta](https://explore.postman.com/team/okta) and here: [https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/postman-collections](https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/postman-collections)) are missing some of the API operations mentioned at: [https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference](https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference). The first thing I noticed was Update User, but there are a bunch of others. It’s not a big deal, I can do my own thing in Postman. But, it would be nice if those collections (in Postman API Network, and on [developer.okta.com](http://developer.okta.com)) were updated on a regular basis. Any thoughts on who I can contact about it?

It looks like this page was actually created by Postman on our behalf. We’re going to look into getting it updated ASAP. Thanks @natepfister!

As far as the ones in our Developer documentation, could you tell me which ones you noticed were missing (other than Update User)? I can pass that on to the appropriate people.

Thanks for the quick responses. I don’t remember the list, but I’ll look through and find the ones that I noticed missing from the collections.

@jakub.vul I was working in the Admin Roles postman collection you have here -
[https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/postman-collections](https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/postman-collections). And I noticed that there were some admin group requests that were missing. I noticed the Update User request shortly after that.

I went through and looked at that one Postman collection in your developer docs, and it contains 9 requests.

The actual Admin Roles API page ([https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/api/roles/](https://developer.okta.com/docs/reference/api/roles/)) has over 20.

Here’s the list…I might have missed some.

Postman Collection - Request Missing from Postman Collection

- Admin Roles - List Roles Assigned to Group
- Admin Roles - Assign Role to Group
- Admin Roles - Unassign Role from Group
- Admin Roles - List Group Targets for Group Administrator Role given to a Group
- Admin Roles - Add Group Target to Group Administrator Role given to a Group
- Admin Roles - Remove Group Target from Group Administrator Role given to a Group
- Admin Roles - List App Targets for App Administrator Role given to a Group
- Admin Roles - Add App Target to App Administrator Role given to a Group
- Admin Roles - Add App Instance Target to App Administrator Role given to a User
- Admin Roles - Add App Instance Target to App Administrator Role given to a Group
- Admin Roles - Remove App Target from App Administrator Role given to a Group
- Admin Roles - Remove App Instance Target from App Administrator Role given to a User
- Admin Roles - Remove App Instance Target from App Administrator Role given to a Group

Would it be possible to have OpenAPI/Swagger file for the various Okta API?

We’re not able to use Postman where I work as it wants to put everything offsite in its own storage, yet we’re using on-premise tools that can use OpenAPI specifications.

Hey @alcar, I just noticed this in the list of forum posts. Is this what you’re looking for?
