As an experienced technical expert at Okta, I drive the success of new products by guiding GTM Field teams and customers in understanding and deploying solutions. With deep expertise in the Okta platform and the broader Identity industry, I collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support teams. My role involves hands-on technical implementation, troubleshooting, and managing multiple deployment projects. I excel in communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and act as a liaison between customers and Product Management to influence product development. Additionally, I mentor and train both customers and internal teams, fostering product adoption through various advocacy efforts, including blogs, videos, and community forums.
