ok this is tricky actually then. Because our app is a single app which has both backend and frontend and for the backend we are actually using nextjs. I really can’t create a separate app to call the token end point. it has to be in same app itself because that’s how it was designed.

In that case, would you be able to configure it so your backend can handle the callback to exchange the auth code for tokens?

I don’t know Andrea, I was kinda lost now whatever I was doing it was kinda baackend implementation only. Authjs is just a framework right.

So in my react app in the headers I was passing Authorization as basic and in that basic I was encrypting bas64 which has (clientId + clientSecret) and also I configured client Id and client secret in my OktaAuth config as well

or else is there something wrong with the OKTA config and set up?

Have you diff’d how the call looks when you make it in Postman vs in your application? Just to see if there’s any differences in what is being sent or how it is formatted.

What kind of behavior are you seeing within your application after the tokens are returned? If you’re using one of our libraries, what code do you have on the callback route? Is it designed to store these tokens?
