Based on all the other posts, someone needs to contact me to restore access? Is that still the path?
Sadly, no support helping at all. 
I have the same issue here… read many threads on this, what is the current status of this wrt not getting any “manual support”… or is it that “manual support/intervention”, is still required to fix this issue?
