Access token generation for SAML based authuntication webapplication

I am trying to generate access token to test API from the testing tool. our application is authenticated with SSO SAML based web application. Could you, please help me to continue further.

SAML is a completely separate protocol

Your app would have to support OAuth 2.0 Framework to generate an access token
