API returned "I Got Skipped"

Hello,

I am using the Okta API to pull logs to ingest into a SIEM. It was working fine. I recently noticed that I am no longer getting events. Now when I run the API script I get the following message returned:

I Got Skipped!
I Got Skipped!
I Got Skipped!

What would cause this? Thank you in advance for any help.

I believe the rate limits were recently updated for /api/v1/events endpoint:
