This delegated Okta Workflows flow enables Help Desk agents to securely generate a Temporary Access Code (TAC) and assign users to specific groups without requiring full Okta Admin privileges. Upon successful execution, the workflow automatically delivers the generated TAC directly to the agent via a Slack direct message. The agent can then read the code aloud to the customer in real time. This solution streamlines access recovery while maintaining strict least-privilege security within your Okta tenant.
