Clearing Okta session idx cookie (OIE) on the browser tab close

Hi,

Currently Im using React SPA OIDC Okta sign-in widget 7.9.1 with OIE , whenever the user closes the browser tab without logging out and try to open the app in new tab it directly takes user to home screen, is there a way to take user to sign-in screen instead of logging in directly. Earlier with Classic engine setting token manager as session storage worked, but with OIE thats not working.
