I have been looking for client_id? Where do I find the client_id in the current version of Okta dashboard?

Is it an OIDC application that you are referring to for finding client_id?

If you’re referring to an OIDC application, you should see a Client ID when you go to Applications → Application → General in the section marked Client Credentials, see below
