Is it possible to perform configuration transfers between environments?
Is there an existing tool we can use here?
That is not possible for user to transfer configuration of tenant. As I do understand it is not possible for Okta support either but only to engineering team. Some parts of config can be retrieve through API and pushed to new tenant back after a proper modification.
