We are trying to configure and use Okta for an asp page as well as freshworks/freshdesk page. When we login to the asp page and then try to proceed to the freshdesk page we are prompted for okta credentials again with a connecting to page. I’ve already logged in how is it that these two are not linked? It only seems to ask for it the first time or when you clear cookies. How do I make this work seamlessly where when they login to one they are logged into both?
