Dashboard for a dev tenant

Hello,
Is it possible to have the dashboard for a user in a dev (free) tenant? I see if I log as admin (I have to navigate from the admin dashboard to /app/UserHome?fromAdmin=true). I am getting an error when trying /app/UserHome as an end-user.

Hello! What error are you seeing? If it’s a 403, can you make sure you aren’t navigating to:

https://{subdomain}-admin.okta.com

?
