Desktop password sync

We would like to test the desktop password sync with macOS devices, but when we add the “Desktop Password Sync” app in the app catalog, it shows an error message.
" This feature isn’t enabled.Please contact your administrator to have this feature enabled."

Could someone help to identify with this?

Thanks for your clarification.

Is the “create support case” also work with the Developer Edition Service?
Because I got the error message when login to the okta support portal using the account with Developer Edition Service.

No, Developer orgs do not qualify for Support coverage and can only receive assistance from our community forums.
