Display info message or banner on login screen

Hi all,

we use an Okta-hosted custom login widget which we configure through the HTML editor.
Has anyone of you ever enabled a temporary warning message or banner (e.g. in case of an outage) on the login screen? If yes, would you be willing to share the code that you used in the HTML editor?

In case of an outage of what? Okta? Then it doesn’t make any sense, as Okta will be probably down, and you page won’t be displayed. If it’s some maintenance on your systems, then I don’t see why you can’t have a very basic information page. Or did you try and get some issues with that?
