I have changed the issued from “companyName_okta_com/oauth2/default” to “companyName_okta_com” in both frontend and backend.
started getting that error.
Note: Replace _ with . (new user can’t post URLs)

I believe you have changed your issuer from Custom Authorization Server to Org Authorization Server and this has caused some of the functionality to broke down.

You will want to take a look at your policies, custom claims and other config to check what could have caused the error
