Http post 403 error

  1. 403 Forbidden error when trying to post any APIs using POSTMAN (e.g. Create user api)
  2. Tried through .net application, but the same issue.

GET method works fine, but POST doesn’t work.

Please assist

What is the error that you are receiving when Okta responds with a 403 error?

Here is the error :

I successfully receive token and when I try to call “api/v1/users?activate=false” API with this token, I receive below error

System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: ‘Response status code does not indicate success: 403 (Forbidden).’

Thank you for providing the details. I am not sure at this point what is the cause of the error.

Can you please open a support case with us through an email to support@okta.com in order to further investigate this issue?
