IDX10311: RequireNonce is 'true' - OpenIdConnect: AuthorizationEndpoint: <no value>

Hi Experts and Super Users,

I have a client who just set up a second web site with our application on it.
The first web site authenticates through Okta just fine.

The client created another Okta application to authenticate with the second web site.
The second web site, which is an AWS clone of the first, fails to authenticate sighting IDX10311.
I also see AuthorizationEndpoint: in our logs.

Can anyone suggest what is the cause of this error, and how to fix it?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
