Import User with BCrypt Password geeting Error

I created an Okta dev account, and have been successful at importing existing users into Okta with BCrypt.

I am now trying the same thing in our company environment, and getting the below error…

password: Password importation requires the IMPORT_PASSWORD_HASH feature flag

I found in the documentation the following note…

Okta supports the BCRYPT and SHA-256 hashing functions for password import, when the feature is enabled

My question is how, and where do I enable this feature?

I assume you should contact Okta support asking for that feature flag
