Out of nowhere my app stopped working for particular set of users and gave above error. Please help
web application is built in .net framework . It was working properly till today. We have not made any changes at our end

Would you be able to take a look at the number and the size of cookies the browser sends in the request ? Can the users test by clearing the cookies in the browser ?
Are the users facing the issue part of large number of groups ?
If this is a production issue that needs immediate attention, we suggest you to create a Support case along with the har file and other appropriate logs for troubleshooting.
