Hey Rick, this is Tanish with Okta. Just to confirm, is this request concerning multiple dev tenants with the same email, or multiple logins on a single dev tenant with the same email?
Multiple dev tenants/instances with the same email.
At this time, we do not support creating multiple free developer orgs with the exact same email address.
