Need clarification about AWS and Okta integration

hi,

i will breakdown my query into the following question

  1. CLI is not possible with Okta based AWS Federation, right?

  2. What other possibility exists besides AWS SSO to get access to both Web and CLI, can it be be using AWS Federation for Web and Access Gateway for CLI access?
