OIE widget config options for SAML app

Hi,

Anyone knows how to setup widget to redirect to SAML app using OIE?
Using our previous config clientId was optional, now for widget v7.1 is required, which works fine when using OIDC app…

Are you still seeing that ClientID is required if you configure the widget to useClassicEngine?

We are using an OIE environment, we can try to use that flag, but we need a solution for OIE and avoid classic.

As of Identity Engine, the Widget is designed to complete Interaction Code flow, which requires the use of an OIDC application.

Maybe you can look to use an OIDC app as a sort of pass-through application utilized by your widget to allow users to complete primary authentication, and, once that’s completed, your widget could then redirect users to the target SAML app.
