My Org is wanting to utilize the Automation workflow in Okta OIE.
We’ve read documentation, however are unclear on how our particular use case would be affected.
- User A
- Password is going to expire in 3 days
- Okta currently has 5 automations (All for the same Group, and set to run at the same time each day)
- Password will expire within 5 days
- Password will expire within 4 days
- Password will expire within 3 days
- Password will expire within 2 days
- Password will expire within 1 day
- If we enable this in Production…
- Will User A get 3 separate emails? One for each workflow? Or will they only receive one Email “Password will expire within 3 days”
