Okta Login Widget for .Net Framework 4.0

I want to embedd Okta Signin Widget to a legacy application built on .Net Framework 4.0 MVC 3.0.

Is there an example sowing how to do it. All examples are based on .Net Framework >=4.8.

Is it possible to do this on .Net 4.0 given that I cannot upgrade the .Net framework
