Added a new user to a new app I created but it won’t recognize it.Only works with the default admin email.
Is that error occurring on the Okta side or on the application side? I assume at least within Okta, that the user attempting to access the app has been assigned to it, right?
this is occurring within Okta.
Do you have a screenshot for this? What type of application are you trying to use?
What are the reproduction steps for this? Is this when the user tries to launch the app from their dashboard?
