Does Okta support cursor based pagination described at RFC 9865 - Cursor-Based Pagination of System of Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) Resources?
This is much stable than the index based pagination original SCIM spec mentions.

As of now the Okta SCIM Cloud client does not support Cursor Pagination.
I suggest submitting an enhancement request to add this as a option.
