Sign-In Widget Customisation

Hi Team,

We are changing from Widget version 2.14.0 version to 7.12.1 version. The user name person icon and password lock icon is not appearing in the widget. Also the tools tips.

Please find the highlighted icons which are needed.

Please let us know how we can customize the widget to make the icons appear back.
