SLO doesn't log out user

Hello all,

I have set-up a test app suing SAML. I created a test SP app on my local dev. I can login, no problems. I have set up SLO according to the doc here:

Enable SLO for SAML integrations:
https://help.okta.com/en/prod/Content/Topics/Apps/Apps_Single_Logout.htm

Once I am redirected back to my app, I am automatically logged back in. It looks like the okta session is not ended. I do not see any errors.

What am I missing?
