Unable to login to developer.okta.com (2024-06-13)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to developer.okta
2. Attempt to login with SSO (GitHub or Google)

In the console I see:

which yields 404:

I’m also encountering this issue. Attached is a screenshot of the navigation that occurs when attempting to user either of the stated providers.
